Frankly, my diabetes story has been the same old song lately.  We abso-frickin-lutely need a cure, and in the meantime we live our best with this disease along for the ride.  Hearing others’ perspectives has always helped me to mitigate these emotions, to take a break from my own struggles and to see the grace by which others handle their own.

Stanford Medicine X has blessed me with wisdom from health advocacy go-getters, and in my own small way I’d love to pay it forward here.
